Work will be iterative, involving solo research, discussion / calls, drafts and edits

Fact-base Presentation would include:
1) Summary investment theses / angle of attack
2) Basic industry profile - market size, growth, segments
3) How industry is structured - suppliers, marketers, etc.
4) Economics in the industry -- basics of costs, value of subscribers, avg. cost to acquire, financial returns
5) Profile of current disruptors / startups -- and implications or opportunities for traditional players
6) Summary of traditional targets, simple profiles
7) Closer look at Alarm.com, Control4, any other suppliers
8) Near-term levers to pull
9) Transformative options
10) Simple valuation model based on using economics of ADT
