We're a real estate investment firm that is looking for someone with experience to help us with due diligence in acquiring 2-3 gas stations by YE. Ideal candidate experienced in analyzing documents/reports, the market/demographics, and other relevant NNN leased acquisition docs.

Items for due diligence:
Lease - review and abstract
Tenant Financials - review and abstract
Environmental report - review and abstract
Property Condition Assessment- review and abstract
Title & Survey - review and comment
Insurance - review, comment, and work with our insurance agent to make sure everything is in order
Deal Model
Financing - assist with our bank or broker, compare
Location - any competition coming, roads changing, crime, land comps for sale, etc.
Site Specific info - bldg/engineering plans, zoning compliance, certificate of occupancy
Additional Notes
NNN Real estate due diligence/acquisition, experience with acquiring gas station/c-stores would be highly relevant
