Finance & Accounting - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Clinical CRO is seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A leader with demonstrated academic achievements as well as leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.
*This job is ~30/hr/week for the first month and requires you to be on-site a few days per week*
*The rest of the engagement is ~10 hr/week and can be done remote*
Total engagement = 3 - 6 months
Ideal candidates will bring experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO’s)
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain detailed forecast models using backlog, book-to-bill, projected wins, projected revenue burn, etc.
Research and prepare accurate variance analysis and explanations
Create monthly management reports & analysis to help Senior Management drive decision making throughout the organization
Prepare ad-hoc financial and business analyses
