We are in need of a financial analyst to help with our market-based business valuation report. Our valuation is not certified, and is used to help our business owner clients make a determination about whether or not to sell their business to an outside buyer.
You will receive up to three years' worth of Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Tax Returns from us in order to prepare a spread sheet that shows a year-over-year comparison, highlights key margins and performance metrics, and allows for adjustments to be made to pre-tax earnings.
