I own FARM chocolate in Sebastopol, CA, a confection and cookie business where I make hand-dipped organic confections + cookies. For the last 4 years of my business, I have been keeping my own books in a "blue book", whereby I keep track of all expenditures and payments from approx. 20 accounts, including hotels, wineries, grocers, and individuals. I need financial statements prepared from this book so that I can begin charting profit more
