Research indicates there is a significant opportunity for solar PV on specific commercial & industrial rooftops. We have a securities issuer (broker/dealer) interested in underwriting 'GreenBonds' for the installation CAPEX. We need help preparing a financial model and presentation materials, along with some basic transaction support.
Additional Notes
Investment banking/ PE/ M&A/ renewable energy / solar. Power Purchase Agreement experience is a plus. Preferred Skills and Certifications
