Special needs
- 5 year growth projections - business unit view (USD & Euro) and Consolidated view (flexibility to view in Euro or USD)
- Show an investment in parent and its impact on revenue and cashflow for parent an subsidiary
- A valuation analysis based on current comps and comparables
- A valuation analysis based on 3 yr and 5 yr project results
- An IRR analysis of the investment relative to the investment
- Develop key metrics and statistics
- Develop company vs industry analysis
- Project BU and consolidated view for IS, BS and CFS
Special considerations:
- we will provide the model template, the valuation template and comp/trading info
- Must think creatively about building a flexible model that permits future projections easily
- Must understand projecting US and Euro entities and a consolidated view
