We are a new business venture in the Serviced Office Leasing sector launching a first of its kind membership-only work club. Think WeWork meets Private Social Club. We are looking for someone who can help build a financial model. While we can provide several of the cost categories, it would be helpful to get your perspective on the categories as well (based on your research and/or experience). You should have financial modeling experience, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant category.
