Need commercial real estate professional to create financial models for capital raise. Models to be used to evaluate RE projects for viability and investor returns. Consultant should evaluate existing models with numerous inputs and refine model so that it can be used by development team to run various scenarios.
Past experience in underwriting RE projects is required. Previous experience with Commercial Office Development, Cowork, Shared Office, Hospitality or Retail Development is preferred.
