Real Estate Owner/Operator (multi-family) that is looking for an excel wiz to help us fix/shore up (or create a new) financial model for acquisition analysis and for presentations. We are located in New York City and can meet if local or remote work is fine as well. Potential for additional project in creating our deck/OM.
