Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
-Need an expert to build an initial model for a publicly traded company and a merger partner. They are acquiring a group of pharmaceutical assets and are looking to raise capital around the acquisitions.
-Expert will work hand in hand with the CFO on this project. Their CFO will use this model to explain the investment opportunity and to guide their integration/cost cutting initiatives with the acquired company.
-Model will need to highlight revenue build up, complex operating contracts, distribution costs, rent expenses, salaries, G&A, etc.
-Looking for an expert with very strong modeling skills that has a background in corporate development and either has PE or IB analyst experience. Need to be very comfortable forecasting FCF and evaluating M&A targets.
-Life Sciences / Pharma background is preferred but not a hard requirement.
****This project will be completed in two phases**** :
-Phase I: will require ~30 hours of work per week and will be 2 weeks long at the onset of the engagement.
-Phase II: will be more on-going over time and will be less intense. This will require about 10 hours worth of work every 6-8 weeks as the company evaluates additional targets for M&A.
