I have a template i am using in Excel to build a budget. However, i need it reviewed and since i did not build all the formulas, i am not confident with it as i want to be. Also, i need to show an increase to the existing residents (rent) at a certain %, but i need to increase the market rate for new projected moveins at another rate.
