Financial Model for Diversified Insurance and Specialty Finance Business

Our need is for a financial modeling expert with experience in financial services to create a fully functioning and dynamic three-statement financial model for an insurance and financial services business operating in two distinct segments. The projections should be quarterly for three years then annually for two additional years. Drivers include unit sales, unit profitability, deferred acquisition costs, applicable tax rates in various jurisdictions, portfolio investment returns, corporate expenses and other typical drivers. The model needs to be sophisticated enough to track US GAAP accounting but simple enough to allow for basic scenario runs.
