We are looking for assistance with a buyout for a corporate client. Project will include modeling, presentations for their board or directors, letter writing, assistance with business due diligence and other tasks required.
Additional Notes
Strong financial modeling and 3-6 years of investment banking, private equity or transaction support. Merger model background required. Ideally, located in Los Angeles but remote work is ok. Preferred Skills and Certifications
