We are in discussions to take on a first, outside investor and need financial modeling support to help us through the due diligence and valuation process. We expect this investment to be in the $2-4M range from a large media company.
We have year one financials to work from (through quickbooks output) and an initial 5-year forecast model built a year ago to work from, but the two data sources are mis-matched, and therefore difficult to tie together without some model re-building.
