Assist with financial due diligence on an investment on an early stage SAAS software firm. I'm able to evaluate the company strategy market potential, but seek professional assistance with the financial diligence. This will require review of standard financial statements, assessment of risks, prep of questions for diligence sessions, and aide on determining a fair valuation based on SAAS software comps.
