Finance & Accounting - Financial Due Diligence
Looking for assistance on a potential acquisition of a €10M business based in Italy with operations in Europe and the USA, some manufacturing done in China and sales globally. Financials provided by the target are in a combination of Italian and English and need to be translated so as to be understandable in English. This doesn't require conversion to GAAP, but requires more than google translate - i.e. an actual fluency in Italian and preferably some experience with US/Italy based transaction.
Additional Notes
Ideally somebody fluent in Italian and with buy-side experience acquiring an Italian company or Italian subsidiary of an International company. Preferred Skills and Certifications
