We are in need of a CFO-type consultant who can help us navigate the increasingly complicated waters of a growing start-up. We have a bookkeeper who keeps our books in QuickBooks, and a CPA who helps us file the appropriate taxes, etc. We need someone to help us look at our finances to project moving forward, to help make some staffing/salary decisions, to develop a more structured budget, and to help us develop a start-up debt resolution plan.
