Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
I am looking for someone with significant experience producing a financial model for providing debt capital to lower middle market companies. It should include: multi-year income statement model; balance sheet and cash flow statement. It will calculate IRR/MOIC and allow for modeling warrants, preferred and common stock. You will create the fully integrated model based on "illustrative information" and then consult with me on using it. I am a private lender investing personal capital of an institutional size.
