We have a basic Excel model showing the income, expenses, debt and IRR & COC yields on the proposed acquisition of four multi-tenant office assets. We need the model expanded to reflect lease rollover, TI's, lease fees, vacancy, renewal assumptions with down time, IRR based on waterfalls to GP and LP's.
