Finance & Accounting - Financial Due Diligence
We are in the process of entering into an LOI to acquire a services business focused on healthcare revenue cycle management. Need an experienced finance executive who can lead the financial due diligence process, advise on the deal structuring process, review customer contracts and build financial models.

Prefer to have someone with strong accounting / finance background along with some level of experience as a small / mid level banker with experience in M&A transactions. Preferred Skills and Certifications
