Diversified Bank M&A Support Part 2

I'm looking for a FIG M&A banker (preferably with experience in the Caribbean and Central America) to deliver a full operating, valuation and transaction model for 1 diversified bank operating in a Caribbean island and updating 2 existing model for the 1st half of reporting year 2020.

Part of the engagement, I would be looking for the person to:
- Leverge an established framework for analyzing and interpreting financial data across the holding companies for the target firms
- Full operating model for each of the entities in their current state
- Valuation of each entity, leveraging the following valuation models: DDM, Residual Income, Discount Rate Calculation, Precednat Transaction, Comparable Transactions, and Regression Analysis
- Valutaion/Operating Model of what the business could be based on additional value created through specific scenarios
- recommendation of the deal dynamics
