Kassabov Santos Ventures ("Ka+Sa") is contemplating entering the Cyber Security Industry during the next year. "Entry" means acquisition(s) and or backing the right founders. Ka+Sa needs YOUR expertise to develop and support the entry plan including: (i) research the industry , (ii) formulate the plan and (iii) execution assistance (deal flow, evaluation, diligence, etc.).
Additional Notes
Ideal candidate has performed similar market entry analysis for a VC / PE firm. Industry experience in technology broadly and cyber security specifically. Familiarity with business services models. Preferred Skills and Certifications
