Interim Support & Leadership - Controller
Real estate company management company is looking to upgrade/replace their internal reporting and finance systems. We currently use IntAcct and Bill.com and are looking to transition the entire operation to AppFolio. Have existing accounting staff in-place but need to hire someone for the transition project and then train existing users once completed. $40MM commercial real estate portfolio generating approx. $3MM in annual revenue.
