Finance & Accounting - M&A Transaction Readiness
Looking for an Associate/VP level investment banking professional with strong M&A experience to help with ongoing projects including execution work, modeling, due diligence, etc.
More specifically, common tasks will include contributing to the writing and development of initial pitch materials and deal memoranda, financial modelling, participating in drafting sessions and due diligence meetings, as well as other related tasks. The role will be assigned to a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as the candidate’s experience and capabilities permit.
Aerospace/aviation industry experience is a huge plus. Project could extend beyond the 3 months and could potentially turn into a full time position for the right person.
Compensation: monthly retainer payable semi-monthly
