I'd like some help evaluating the financials of an early stage company (seed, raising Series A) that I'm considering taking a President role with. A few hours of consultative time looking at P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and 2019-20 forecasts for general health of the business, what ratios to look at and how to calculate them, etc. would be immensely helpful.
