Looking at acquiring a business comprised of commercial site excavation service, concrete manufacturing, concrete recycling, sand dredging, and trucking. Total revenue is $50Mil. Different business units sell products to each other and to third party. Need an integrated financial model which allows adjustment of variables for hi/med/lo cases, or for specific variables. Should also include an LBO buyout model tied to the results of the financial model.
