Finance & Accounting - Corporate Finance
We are looking for someone to model, value and project financial statements on an existing business. We will provide 3 years historical financial statements (P&L, BS, Cashflow) and would like a to analyze the historical statements with key ratio analysis, value the business, and model (project) a sale of the business going forward for 5 years. You should be comfortable with making business assumptions and very detail specific (footnotes).
