We are a consulting firm located in Philadelphia, PA. Our practice is focused on change management and organizational development. We work with large for-profit corporate entities as well as large non-profit organizations and are seeking consultants with diversity & inclusion / leadership development experience to work directly with our clients on several engagements.
We are looking for deep skill sets in the following areas: change management, advanced talent management, organizational/management development, leadership development, HR strategies, diversity & inclusion, etc.
Role will require a combination of on-site + remote work. Amount of time required on-site in Philadelphia will be dependent on each project. Open to non-local candidates willing to travel.
