Corporate Strategy & Development - Change Management / Org Design
Our client, a global leader in digital transformation and enterprise technology solutions, is embarking on a large-scale Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation initiative. This global program spans multiple regions, teams, and tools — with a strong emphasis on operational redesign, process improvement, and the integration of emerging technologies including AI-driven workflow automation.
We are seeking a highly capable Change Management Lead to support this high-impact transformation. This individual will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure change is embedded successfully across regions and functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and thrives in complex, dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the core program management team to define and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program objectives
Lead the design and delivery of change plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and communications that drive adoption across global teams
Navigate organizational sensitivity, especially related to process changes and headcount efficiencies
Support leadership in assessing change readiness, managing resistance, and measuring change outcomes
Collaborate with internal and external consultants, including experience designers and process owners, to ensure cohesive execution
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in organizational change management within large-scale digital or systems transformations
Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change impact assessment
Familiarity with global enterprise environments; ability to operate across time zones and cultures
Experience working with Agile teams and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Background in consulting preferred
Location in Europe or adjacent time zone strongly preferred due to implementation team coverage in Asia and Americas
Nice to Have:
Prior experience supporting Quote-to-Cash, ERP, or business systems transformation
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
