CFO mentor for growing IT Consulting business

ACTS is a Managed Services and Professional Services company and we have formed practices and want to implement gross profit margin bonuses by practice. Currently our accounting system can track revenue by business unit, but we may have issues doing it by cost in relation to labor. Also, we are still determining how we will be tracking revenue by unit as labor may cross between units and some practice leaders want to get credit for the revenue of labor in another practice. Looking for ongoing CFO mentorship as well.
