We are looking at acquiring several healthcare practices and need help with the feasibility modeling around the transaction. We also would like to build a working financial model for assumptions, forecasts, etc. In some cases we are looking at a group of individual practices that will be doing a roll-up with and would need experience with consolidation and assumptions.
