Interim Support & Leadership - Project Manager
Project Management Methodology and Infrastructure Set Up
• Work with client org to define a fit-for-purpose Project Management (PM) methodology and associated templates and tools (e.g., decision-making mechanism, meeting & reporting cadence, etc.)
• Establish governance model and infrastructure to monitor and control client org projects (e.g., team structure, RACI, escalation path, reporting tool, dashboards, etc.)
• Document the PM process in a desired format (e.g., playbook, guideline, etc.) so that the process is repeatable and can be sustained
Program and Project Management Activities
• Working alongside the client team, execute day-to-day program and project management activities including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the projects (e.g., scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, tracking, reporting, etc.)
• Direct the project teams towards the objectives and drive the teams to achieve results
• Coordinate across teams to streamline redundancies and achieve efficiencies
