Audit of Non Profit Organization

I am the owner of a CPA firm in Fort Myers, FL. Our firm specializes in tax and accounting services, however, I have been asked by numerous clients to help with auditing services. I am looking at expanding our CPA firm's services into offering audits for non-profit entities, condo associations and HOA's. There are some for-profit clients that I may be looking to offer audit services to as well. Currently, I have a 2015 and 2016 audit that needs to be completed in the next month for a small non profit organization with total income of around $700,000. My goal is to find someone who is experienced in the audit field whom I could hire on an as needed basis as our firm has the need to provide audit services. I know you have an hourly rate but due to the unpredictable nature of audits and the time required, I am looking for someone who would be willing to split the profits of the audit on a 50/50 basis.
