Looking for an experienced professional to provide assistance in helping build an LBO model and debt schedule that we can tinker with given certain deal dynamics for the acquisition of an asset-light Healthcare Services business valued at $6M ($2.4M EBITDA). Utilize P&L, balance sheet, and future growth assumptions to establish the change of ownership.
This should include dynamics to calculate key values needed to complete the buyout model (LBO) based on proposed transaction deal dynamics. That would include the following: Sources and Uses Table, Debt Schedule, Illustrative returns – EV, IRR, and MIOC.
