Need an experienced consultant to perform pricing and market analysis work. We are a $200mm US manufacturer of currency handling equipment. We have a small German subsidiary and we need to understand more about the pricing and service activities in this subsidiary.
The work would include gathering service call data, invoice data, pricing data, labor hours, etc. Work product would include reports that help us understand whether service revenue is being accurately invoiced, whether our pricing is competitive in the market, and any other recommendations.
Consultant needs to be fluent in German and English.
