We are looking to analyze the adtech/martech R & D and acquisition spending of the top 4 media holding companies (WPP Group, Omnicom Group, Publicis Groupe, Interpublic Group) over the 2017 - 2018 period. We would like to understand the following:

- Total amount of R & D Spending
- Total amount invested in the acquisition of adtech/martech companies
- Highlights of R & D investments or acquisitions, including the nature of them. (F. ex. WPP's Xaxis spent $25M in 2018 developing a DMP)

Much of this information can be parsed in annual reports and press releases. We need someone to assemble a picture of it in one place.
