Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
This is phase II of a multi-phase project. Objectives of Phase II.
1. Evaluate supplier payment processes at three additional divisions and combine results with Phase I assessment results;
2. Develop strategies for process improvement opportunities, including:
a. Optimize electronic payment methods
b. Normalize vendor terms matrix
c. Maximize payment incentives and discounts
d. Lower overall payment costs
e. Standardize vendor maintenance and onboarding
f. Promote e-invoice
