Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
Audit and build out this 3-statement model with the accompanying 10-K such that the model is similar to a client-ready model used by a top M&A group using industry standards. For use in interview and modelling exam preparation (modelling exam will be up to 5 hours with a 10-K). Please focus on the most important financial accounting aspects of the model, detailed below (more detail given in a word file, i.e. Debt & Interest schedule, etc.). If there are additional areas that are worth consideration, please suggest further additions.
Additional Notes
Former Analyst/Associate from bulge bracket or boutique investment bank. Experienced in longer-formed LBO and Merger modelling. Preferred Skills and Certifications
