Leader in our Consumer Product and Retail (CPR) practice, I have advised executives and c-suite of FTSE20/100/350 companies on a range of transformative agendas. Highlights:
• As the People Advisory Services leader for CPR in FY21 and FY22, I led our team to grow the business from $2m to $5.3m (Year 1) and $9m (Year 2); extending our client footprint and putting in place the foundations for further growth
• In the last FY (Jul '22 – Jun' 23), contributed to $27m total sales, $5m direct sales, and managed and delivered $3m in revenue
• Working with an entire FTSE 3 CxO, drove purpose/sustainability and commercial strategy integration to create new sources of value, and accelerate new purpose / sustainability business models that accounted 80% of the total growth of the firm
• Worked with the CEO/CFO of a major pure play fashion retailer to create their new purpose, 7-year strategy and roadmap; delivering >30% CAGR over first 3 years

Built out and led the EY's Energy Retail People practice; supporting major UK energy retailers to transform their business in light of huge sectoral change. Highlights:
• Led the client account management for two major retailers - SSE and Centrica - with a focus on helping clients navigate their people/HR agenda; creating £2m and £1m accounts from zero within 18 months
• Working with the CHRO, created a flexible organisation design for a major Energy Retailer to scale their workforce five-fold in 18 months to meet the challenges of smart metering; enabling them to meet an installation ramp up of 300% in that timeframe, and avoid £multi-million fines from the Government
• Helped another Energy Retailer MD to have confidence in their new OD pre-Go Live; bringing together the designs from Strategy and Boutique consulting houses, and assuring the new org would be 'fit-for-purpose. The org launched on time and to cost

• Pivotal to a two-year £26m supply chain sale (with £13m sell-on for Year 3)
• Developed MoD's new Supply Chain Strategy; identifying a £2.5bn saving opportunity
• Designed the new operating model and organisation design for the MoD's Helicopter supply chain; wrestling control back from major suppliers and, by year 3, helping save an estimated c10% of a £4bn annual spend through end-to-end optimisation
• Wrote the financial accounting papers to re-classify a proportion of the MoD's inventory as a strategic stockpile; removing c£2bn off the inventory, and helping the MoD improve their publicly-criticised Inventory position to the House of Commons

• Led flexible resourcing and integrated business planning initiatives to transform business effectiveness; freeing up headcount capacity by c15-20%
• Acted as key advisor to Rear Admiral in charge of Defence Communications (satellites, IT, comms etc) on the effective running of the organisation
• Acted as a junior policy advisor to Ministers on Afghan operational matters
