- EY Global - EY Ripples Programme - led all Strategy and Design work for EY’s global Social Impact transformation across their 300,000-person organisation.
- NHS Supply Chain Company - led the development of the organisation’s draft Sustainability Strategy
- South Pole – I worked with the Consulting Leadership Team to help them develop their sustainability advisory offering set.
- EYLane4 – I led all strategy and TOM activities as part of the post-merger
integration of Lane4 into EY (including performance framework, team structures, service offerings etc.), and coordinating staff communications and engagement.
