This initiative resulted in remarkable improvements: a +62-point increase in Confirmations Right First-Time (RFT), a +25-point rise in Verifications RFT, 100% on-time submission of FDA Reports, swift resolution of 100% of escalations within 3 days, and an impressive 85% reduction in open GMP Observations.
• Noteworthy is the pioneering design of a certification methodology, positioning MCH as the first company to successfully exit a Consent Decree workplan on time without incurring fines or regulatory action.
