Utmost was started by the former SVP of Product and CTO from Workday to serve F500 companies with an HCM-like system for non-employees. Clients included Unilever, AstraZeneca, DoorDash, and Ecolab. It was acquired in Oct 2022 by Beeline, the largest contingent workforce software provider; I left at the acquisition.
• Spearheaded new bets (including market analyses, business model analysis, 0->1 product launches, and GTM activities); reported to Co-founder/COO (ex-Workday SVP of Product)
• Led the development, from inception to design and launch, of two new products (integration marketplace and talent supplier network) and a transaction-based pricing model; gained industry recognition and contributed to the ultimate acquisition of the company
