This opportunity allowed me to join a dynamic team in developing and executing consumer focused marketing strategies, with an emphasis on driving unique value propositions across consumer rapid testing, specifically post-pandemic.

Worked closely with the Marketing Director to manage the ongoing development and implementation of the marketing strategy, messaging platform and associated communication vehicles for Hollister’s patient support program – addressing both ostomy and continence care consumer and clinician audiences (B2C/B2B)
• Executed and launched an inaugural social media program; including content development, governance process and ongoing monitoring and execution.
• Responsible for literature development and management of key communication tools; including sales collateral, internal marketing tools and consumer newsletter.

• In this role I acted as the Project Manager working with the internal Marketing team and external agencies to deliver against specific timelines and budgets and ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key activities included new product launches, the production of sales collateral and the development of print and digital ads.
