Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is a global firm tackling SME succession challenges through our Operator-Led Search Fund Program. We recruit and partner with mid-career professionals with deep industry knowledge to identify, acquire, and grow established Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) facing succession transitions. Since 2021, NCA has acquired 24 portfolio companies globally with a total enterprise value of over $400 million.

I lead all M&A activities for the firm. I directly run all US/Canadian deal (with support of an amazing team) and oversee European M&A activities. I joined in fall 2022 as the first North American investment team member, and since that time we have closed on 11 deals in the US and Canada.

VendorTerm was an early-stage alternative financing firm, focused primarily on invoice factoring for the startup community. I served as CFO where I lead all underwriting efforts and internal reporting and budgeting.
