• Working with business partnerships, researching and building investment theses for purchasing companies. Includes researching search best practices, identifying opportunities, contacting & interviewing various ecosystem players and conducting business/financial modelling & analysis.
• The company wanted to grow revenues with its largest customers but lacked the ability to effectively explain the strategic value of its solutions. By creating a template illustrating key customer issues and concerns, I was able to facilitate more strategic, business level conversations.
• The BU responsible for maintaining the rigid packaging business was having difficulties determining what new markets and customers to prioritize. By implementing processes to identify and assess >500 emerging CPG product lines and geographies I was able to recommend key emerging market/countries to focus on.

• A multi-national research firm wanted to deepen its growth consulting practice. Leveraging prior experience, I developed a service offering focused on recommending new markets/clients based on client's capabilities/assets.

By designing and implementing templates comparing the attractiveness of markets and companies, I enabled BU leadership to present data-driven market strategies that got executive buy-in. Sectors researched include communications infrastructure, IT infrastructure, medical devices, Industrial OT and high-end consumer devices.
• The Industrial BU wanted to develop a more focused go-to-market strategy. Via a partial secondment, I led an intensive project that rigorously evaluated 75+ companies, and 200+ market across 20+ criteria. This resulted in a recommendation of 4 anchor companies and markets that the BU should center is strategic business development and organizational design aroun
