• Created a suite of tools to convert mostly manual compliance and validation processes into automated workflows, identifying regulatory gaps, consolidating duplicate documents across regions, and automating IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols with traceability monitoring. The suite was demonstrated at conferences and used in bids for multi-million-dollar contracts.
● • Setup an AWS multi-tenant cloud infrastructure with microservices and serverless APIs, featuring a frontend built in Angular and React, and a backend in Django with RDS (PostgreSQL).
• Designed and implemented new data acquisition processes for web scraping, ETL pipelines, and automated ingestion of biomedical literature, FDA and EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, and clinical trials. Converted PDFs to text, chunked content, created embeddings, and stored vectors in a searchable vector database.
