I am a consultant who has worked with cannabis & hemp businesses in each step of the value chain in over 30 US states and 10 countries for nearly a decade. I have assisted clients ranging from prospective entrepreneurs to established multinational companies, in addition to research institutions and investors. I manage projects ranging from competitive license acquisition, business development, and investment analysis, to research and development, among others. • Research, vet, and find potential private investments for investment firms and individuals
• Find and vet M&A targets, advise on M&A target market selection, and advise on post-merger integration processes

Collaborated with mining landowners, predominantly in Appalachia, to construct and implement plans to convert mining lands into multifunctional sites that provide value while reducing environmental impact. Our projects included but were not limited to rare earth mineral extraction, renewable energy resource development, and carbon sequestration.
