Cost and Org Optimisation: Following Uber's decision to hold or cancel key projects within the ME region there was an opportunity
to reduce team costs through the relocation of roles from higher cost location, Dubai, and centralise the regional PM in the London
office. This delivered an avg 30% saving on a per role basis. All of the ME team were also able to retained and reallocated to clients
requiring a local PM presence.
