At Amount, I served as the Director of Partnerships, where I led the development and management of strategic partnerships that were integral to scaling our business. In this role, I collaborated closely with financial institutions, technology providers, and business partners to create and implement solutions that expanded our product offerings and drove revenue growth.
I was responsible for identifying potential partnership opportunities, negotiating terms, and ensuring that partnerships aligned with Amount’s long-term strategic goals. I worked cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure successful implementation and integration of partner solutions. My focus was on fostering relationships that enhanced both Amount’s capabilities and our partners’ offerings, ensuring mutual value creation.
Additionally, I oversaw governmental relations (including the hiring of an outside lobbying firm), which involved navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with financial and data privacy regulations. I worked closely with regulatory bodies and maintained relationships with key governmental stakeholders to advocate for policies that supported Amount’s growth and innovation. This role also required staying ahead of evolving regulations, particularly in financial services, to ensure that our solutions remained compliant while we pursued new opportunities in the market.
